Technical inspection record

Test Bench Inspection

Functional test-bench verification for selected lifting components, with preliminary identification, controlled setup, available value recording, and an outcome report.

01Test bench max pull 15 t02EN 818

Technical scope

Where it applies and what is checked

01

Applications

  • Identified, marked components compatible with the bench fixture setup
  • Functional checks before return to service or after maintenance
  • Targeted checks when behaviour under load must be documented
  • Campaigns requiring traceability of the value and outcome

02

Technical capabilities

  • Component preparation and safe fixture setup
  • Controlled application of load or force against the defined parameter
  • Observation of anomalies, play, evident deformation, or irregular behaviour
  • Filing of values, evidence, and operating notes in the inspection documentation

03

Industries served

  • Industrial lifting
  • Construction and maintenance
  • Workshops and technical departments
  • Logistics and materials handling

Verification method

Test bench

Test bench up to 15 t, with validated outcome

The test bench is useful when the component can be identified, safely fixtured, and checked against a defined parameter. It does not replace statutory inspections: it supports the inspection with recorded values and an outcome validated by an expert technician.

Test eligibility

Data to clarify before execution

  • Component identified and marked.
  • Rated capacity / WLL known and consistent with the requested test.
  • Geometry, clearances, and attachment points compatible with the bench fixture setup.
  • Test objective and technical reference defined before execution.
  • If any of these data points are missing, the test scope must be clarified before the intervention.
015 t

The test bench is useful when the component can be identified, safely fixtured, and checked against a defined parameter. It does not replace statutory inspections: it supports the inspection with recorded values and an outcome validated by an expert technician.

01

Test bench up to 15 t

  • Functional or load check within the available bench limit
  • Test parameter defined before execution
  • Fixture setup selected by geometry, attachment points, and test objective
02

Values and behaviour recorded

  • Component behaviour while load is applied
  • Recorded values, visible anomalies, play, or evident deformation
  • Instrumentation subject to calibration/internal verification according to available documentation
03

Outcome validated by an expert technician

  • Post-test check before the final summary
  • Values, evidence, and operating notes connected to the equipment
  • Outcome validation by a Control Service expert technician
01

When it is needed

When use, condition, or applicable rules call for a targeted inspection.

02

What is checked

Components, markings, condition, and function are checked with the applicable method.

03

What remains documented

Results, evidence, and follow-up stay connected to the equipment in Cruscotto™.
