Data, purposes and legal bases
The website and its hosting provider may process technical data, such as IP address, timestamp, requested resource, user agent and device or browser information, to operate and secure the service, based on the controller’s legitimate interest where applicable. If you choose to send an email, the correspondence received by Control Service is processed to answer your request and take any pre-contractual steps.
Recipients and retention
Data may be processed by hosting and technical-support providers and, where you send an email, by your email provider and the recipient’s email provider. Any transfers outside the European Economic Area take place under the applicable GDPR conditions and safeguards adopted by the providers. Log retention depends on the provider’s configuration and documented security needs; logs are kept only for the period necessary for those purposes. Correspondence is kept as needed to handle the request and applicable obligations.
Contact form and local storage
The form is a prototype: it does not submit data to this website, temporarily keeps values in the page state and shows a local preview. Only the email action opens a prefilled message. The technical “locale” cookie only remembers language, for up to 12 months. We use no analytics, advertising, profiling or automated decision-making.
Spontaneous applications
If you spontaneously email us a CV, we process the information received only to assess possible professional opportunities and take pre-contractual steps requested by you. Access is limited to people involved in recruitment and any authorised service providers. We keep the CV for the period reasonably necessary to assess it and manage any subsequent contact, then delete it unless a legal obligation or another legal basis applies. Please do not include special-category information that is unnecessary for your application.
Providing data and your rights
Entering data in the form is optional. If you decide to send the email, the contact details you provide are needed for us to reply. You may exercise access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable by contacting us; you may also complain to the Italian Garante. The external Google Maps link opens Google’s service, which may receive information about the visit; Maps is not embedded in this website.
